The Mira Shopping Pass is a one-time purchase. This page explains what it includes, when the first-look refund applies, and how to get help with a purchase.

The Mira Shopping Pass

$14.99 gives you five live mirror sessions. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the final amount, including any applicable tax, in Stripe before paying. Credits belong to the Mira account used at checkout and have no scheduled expiry.

What a session includes

30 seconds of live viewing per session. Setup and connection time do not use your viewing time. Your device and network affect connection speed and quality; an interruption may end a preview early. Replaying a video already saved on your device does not use another credit.

AI previews can change details, colors, proportions, or appearance. They help you visualize style and do not measure your body or guarantee fit, size, or an exact match to a retailer’s garment.

Your first-look refund

If your first look isn’t useful, request a full refund of your first Shopping Pass. You don’t need to send a reason or camera footage.

• This applies to your first Shopping Pass purchase only.
• Request within 7 days of that purchase, after using at most one live session and before using another. You may also request before using any session.
• Finish an active session before requesting. Mira checks purchase history and session usage on your account when you submit.
• The refund returns the full amount paid for that pass to the original payment method and cancels its unused sessions. A session already used under this guarantee creates no credit penalty on a future purchase.

Open Mira, then Plan & billing → Purchase history → Request first-look refund. Confirm the amount before submitting. New live sessions and purchases pause while the request is processing. If you return after a refresh or interruption, choose Check / resume refund to safely continue that same request and check its status. A submitted or pending request is not yet a completed refund. Bank posting times vary.

If a request fails or is canceled, refresh your account and retry when offered. If the action is unavailable or you need help, email contactmirasupport@gmail.com with your account email and receipt reference. Other purchase or technical issues can be reviewed by support. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Interrupted or failed sessions

If Mira confirms that it could not authorize your session, the session credit is restored when the account service is available. For a connection failure or unusable preview after a session is authorized, use the first-look refund if eligible or contact support with the approximate session time. We’ll review other issues individually; an interruption does not by itself confirm a refund or replacement credit.

Your uploads and saved looks

Use clothing images and camera footage you have permission to share. Review the privacy information before sending images or video to the AI provider. Garments and saved videos currently stay in the browser on the device that saved them. Download favorites before clearing browser data.
